Imperial Home Restoration, LLC is an insurance restoration company that was founded in December of 2021 and is based out of Raleigh, NC. Imperial Home Restoration operates in all surrounding states too. What we do is evaluate damage to the exterior of your home or business (primarily roof), and work with your insurance company to determine whether the damages are covered by that policy. The only payment the home or business owner is responsible for is their deductible. If the claim for coverage with respect to the repairs is denied by your insurance company, you have no obligation to reimburse us for our costs incurred in the process of determining your insurance coverage.
